We share trip details only with the people who need them to complete the trip — assigned drivers, coordinators, and the facility or contact you authorize. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law.

Retention and security

We retain trip records only as long as needed for service, safety, and legal obligations, and we apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect them.
