Live scheduling, confirmations, and exception handling for patients, families, and facility staff.
Patient experience
Follow-up, feedback intake, and service recovery when a trip does not go as planned.
Compliance & safety
Credentialing, documentation, vehicle standards, and training oversight.
What we look for
- Genuine patience with older adults and people with disabilities
- Clear, calm communication under schedule pressure
- Clean driving record and willingness to complete screening
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before first trip)
- PASS certified wheelchair assistance training (provided or verified during onboarding)
- Successful drug screening and comprehensive background check
- Reliability — showing up on time matters more than speed
- Comfort following documented assistance protocols
- Honesty about what you can and cannot safely do
