Accessibility statement
Access is part of the service
We design both our service and this website so people can use them without a smartphone, without small text, and without a mouse.
Our commitments
- Booking by email or contact form with a live coordinator — no app ever required
- Large, high-contrast text and clear visual hierarchy
- Full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images
- Semantic headings and landmarks for screen reader users
- Reduced-motion support for people sensitive to animation
Standards and ongoing work
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility work is ongoing: as we add pages and features we test keyboard navigation, contrast, and screen reader output, and we fix issues we find. Wheelchair-accessible transportation is an active service; scheduling depends on trip requirements, location, and available vehicle capacity.
Report a barrier
