Compliance and safety

Every driver holds current CPR and First Aid certification before transporting a passenger.
Drivers assigned to wheelchair-accessible transportation are PASS certified in passenger assistance, safety and securement.
Criminal background screening and driving-record review are completed before hire.
Pre-employment drug screening is required of every driver and courier.
Vehicles carry commercial auto liability coverage and are inspected and maintained on a documented schedule.

Los Angeles County is our core service area, with coverage across Orange County and expanding capacity in the Inland Empire and Ventura County. Longer routes are considered by arrangement.
Laboratory specimens, medical supplies, medical equipment and healthcare documents on scheduled routes or STAT demand, within the categories agreed in a written service scope. We do not claim capability for regulated, hazardous or pharmaceutical materials unless the requirements have been confirmed for that contract.
Yes. Ramp-equipped vehicles with proper securement are available, handled by PASS certified drivers. Tell us the mobility needs when you request transportation so the right vehicle is assigned.
At least 24 hours for standard trips and 48 hours for recurring schedules, early-morning appointments and wheelchair-accessible capacity. Same-day and STAT requests are accepted when capacity allows.
